ADVICE FOR WORKING

When removing stains from yarns with a high percentage of linen, it is very important that the processing is performed in premises with controlled temperature and moisture.
When the temperature and moisture in the working premises are not controlled, a high number of breaks may take place, to the point of jeopardising the success of the stain removal. In such cases we recommend the installation of an industrial humidifier which can correct the moisture content. Alternatively, the yarn can be stored for at least 48 hours in a closed room with a domestic humidifier in operation, being withdrawn only at the moment of processing.

Furthermore, we suggest you the following: :

- Re-paraffin the yarn at low speed immediately before putting it in the machine.
- Avoid particularly difficult stitches, and experiment the product thoroughly before utilising it for large quantities.
- NEVER use re-paraffined or re-reeled reels of yarn together with original reels.
- Check the cloth constantly during processing and in the case of evident defects suspend work and phone us to report the problem
